Victoria chose a template and used Google Drive to exchange the content. After initially using PayPal "Pay Now" buttons we changed to use WooCommerce and I wrote a custom plugin to provide multi quantity discounts.
Victoria found me via the Early Pilates site. She needed a web site for her Kundalini Yoga and Child Psychotherapy business.
I asked her to choose a theme from ThemeForest. As always I created a child theme of the chosen theme and changed some files as necessary.
She wrote up a Google Drive document with the content of the site and I was able to simply copy this to the site.
She also selected a number of stock images to complement each page. I inserted free, low quality versions before buying high quality versions of the final selection.
Initially we used PayPal “Pay Now” buttons on the Timetable/Book page to reserve places in the various courses. Victoria later realised that she needed some stock control so I installed the WooCommerce plugin to handle the products. Doing this allowed us to offer discounts when 2 places were booked. I implemented this via a custom multi quantity plugin.
