Michelle was very familiar with the technical aspects of websites so she conveyed what she wanted very clearly.
Michelle found me via her sister’s Early Pilates site.
She had developed a few basic web sites herself so was familiar with many technical aspects of the process. She was able to give me clear requests when asking for changes (e.g. “font to Helvetica and make it 70% grey”!)
Michelle chose a theme from ThemeForest. I created a child theme and I set about customising it for her.
We planned to sell Michelle’s products through the site (using the WooCommerce plugin) but determining the postal rates was complicated (and she was busy running kids’ summer camps at the time) so her shop is on Etsy.com.
