I only did 2 duathlon training sessions in the 2 weekends before the race but I had a good 10k race with good training runs before that.
The weather was good. I had a reasonable first run. Only a few people passed me on the bike. On second run I settled in, planning to hold my place but ended up catching 2 people.
Finished in a reasonable time, one that was quicker than most of my duathlons.
